new finds!

hey ladies! I’ve been taking a bit of a break and now I’m back. and boy do I have some great photos for you! I’ve been researching for the past few days for some new and improved photos so let’s get started to see what I’ve found!

this first photo is a beautiful hair piece. this would be great for a vintage wedding or a black and white themed wedding 

I love this centerpiece. you guys know how I love my crystal decorations. and these little white flowers, candles, and crystals make these branches come alive with elegance in such a perfect way!

this bouquet is so colorful and bright. the garden roses are perfect in every way

the maker of this cake has done such a wonderful job on the pink sugar flowers. very delicate

I adore this black and white cake . I love the black fondant swoops on it. it looks modern and simple with just the right about of elegance

and of course more crystals. I like the way these look like seats instead of just hanging down.

these arrangements would be perfect on either side of the altar to add color and elegance. they would look great in photos as well when the bride and groom are doing their unity candles or sand.

I have never seen a mustard colored bouquet but ibhave to say I am in love  and with all of the different flowers in this shade it gives a textured bouquet that looks amazing in photos.

I am in love with this dress. the one shoulder strap, the sparkle, the rouching, the color, the brooch on the hip… absolutely gorgeous.

feathers and crystals make for a beautiful bouquet. and what’s not to love about being able to keep your bouquet as a keepsake of your day

I love the look of this cake. the two toned light pastel colors work well together and the way it was applied is absolutely genious!

so fun and modern! this cake has been covered in white fondant and then had different colored dots applied to it. so fun!

want a simple centerpiece? add some rose heads and pearls into some wine glasses and pour a bit of water in. add a bunch of these to one table and at the end of the night, have a guest take one home.

these colors are beautiful together. this reception decoration is so lively and looks fun. what a way to add some visual energy to the reception.

green and pink cuppies. these would be great for a spring wedding. and I have to say I adore colored liners.

these flowers are super simple to make and don’t they make the cupcakes look so sweet?

if you have carnations as your wedding flowers and you would like to bring that into your cake, have some carnation cupcakes! they can be made in any color butter cream.

I love this vintage looking enclave  for all of you brides who want dramatic jewellery, get a large piece like this. so elegant with the pearls and gems.

I simply fell in love with this photo. the flowers and crystals hanging above the black and white table setting is so perfect in every way!

and last but not least, here is a beautiful and simple elegant cake. the silver balls around each teir brings in the elegance, as well as the cream colored flowers on top.

Halloween wedding

Alright guys let’s get back to the wedding stuff! Today I’ll be posting about a Halloween wedding today. I have a lot of spook-tacular pictures for you. So let’s get started.

Looking for a centerpiece? This simple and easy idea can bring lots of attention to your table. Find some skulls and glue them into a cluster and place it on the table.

For the candy table, take smaller pumpkins and spray paint them white. You can also add some glitter to some of them for sparkle. Then put them on top of some black candlesticks and you have a great decoration.

Here is another hoard but what really caught my eye was the one skull under the glass jar on the bottom right.

Here is a great Halloween bouquet idea. Simply use black feathers and the black calls lillies. Also some dark fiddle head ferns.

Here’s another inspiration board I like the orange dresses.

Moshe podge on some tissue paper onto some pumpkins for a simple and easy decoration.

Carve yours initials into a pumpkin. Very cute idea.

I love these tags. Put these on favors on the jars of the candy table. Add any Halloween color ribbon to match your colors for an added personals touch.

These centerpieces are super spooky! Find some tall candleabras and add some red candles. Then wrap it in the spider web material and add some fake spiders. Love it!

Here are some desert options for your cake and candy table

Paint a pumpkin white and put lace on it. This gives and elegant look tic the pumpkin.

Add some black fake crows to your tables and find some chargers with skulls on them. A great touch.

The nightmare before Christmas is my favorite movie so this cake is awesome to me. I like the patterns obbthe tiers and the toppers is perfect!

Here’s an awesome idea: have a caramel apple bar instead of a candy bar. Have some caramel, white chocolate, dark chocolate, and milk chocolate melted in bowls or warming trays. Then use nuts candies chocolate chips and different types of crushed nuts and let everyone make their own caramel apple.

Instead of Mr & Mrs signs, have these on the chairs. 🙂

This cakebis wonderful. I love the spider webs on the cake and the skull toppers are absolutely amazing.

And last hut not least, paint some pumpkins black in all different sizes and add them to the table for some eery dark centerpieces.

Hey guys. I was letting you know I haven’t posted a lot this week because I am getting ready for ny daughters birthday this weekend. I’ve been diy-ing a lot of stuff. But hopefully I can squeeze a few posts in. The upcoming posts are Halloween wedding, Christmas wedding, and Valentine’s wedding. I have done research for those fir you and I’m hoping to find some more themes. Shall we continue with the holiday weddings or would you like to see something in particular that u haven’t posted before? Or maybe an extension post of a previous theme? Let me know!!!!

Pin fund Monday 6

Hey guys! After taking a week to take a break and find some wonderful pictures, I’ve found some good ones! So let’s go ahead and get to them.

This lace headband would be a simple dIy project. Just find a piece of lace and attatch it to a headband for your big day.

These bird cages would be a great addition to a vintage wedding. These can be used for a cardbox, or cake display. Also, add somevflowers and candles and you have a beautiful centerpiece.

I love this cake. Its gorgeous and the fading color of the decoration is eye catching.

These shoes are gorgeous. They would be good for a lace dress.

And speaking of lace, here is a gorgeous dress. So pretty!

This centerpiece is absolutely gorgeous. All of these hydrangeas give such a fullness to this centerpiece.

For a different treat, add some cotton candy to a glass. Then add either perrier or champagne. It melts the cotton candy and adds flavor to the drink.

Time off

Hey guys. I haven’t been posting for the past few days, as I haven’t been feeling very well. 😦 so my plan is to take this week off until Monday, that way I can get to feeling better, and also get some research done for some new posts! Wedding Toms shoes

Today we will be talking about the popular shoes Tom’s for wedding shoes. Tom’s factually has a wedding collection for brides who want to be comfortable for their day. I would seriously get some. Some people personalize their Tim’s by adding words or flowers or painting them. So let me shoe you a few options that ive found.

This first picture features a light frosty pink color, white, and a sparkly blue shoe. I love the blue ones

Here is a creamy-pink color. This would ‘ve great if you have that blush light pink color for your colors

Have his and hers embroidered on your shoes for your big day

Or Mr. And Mrs. Such a cute idea.

Want some heels? Well Tom’s makes some peep toe heeled shoes. Perfect for the wedding

Or some with pearls and lace!

And these look like doilies. Soooooo cute.

Thumbprint guestbook options

Tirednof the old guestbook where your guests just write in their name? How about the alternative of a thumbprint guestbook? Now you may ask, what is a thumbprint guestbook? It is some sort of picture that you guests put their thumbprint on with ink and then write their initials beside it. What do they look like? Well, I’ll show you that right now. There are many options on the picture templates to use, as wells as if they go on paper, or painted on a canvas.

Here are a few options. These templates can be found online. Just print then out and place in a frame with a mat and no glass. If you want it a little bigger, then haven’t blown up to the size you would like

I love the swirly tree. its very cute.

A silhouette of a couple holding strings is a lovely idea. The guests thumbprint would be the balloons. So make sure to get many different colors of ink. Or if you want the balloons one shade, then pick different hues of your wedding colors

Another tree option.

In this one, the “balloons” are attatchrd to a two seater bicycle. I would use this for a vintage wedding.

There are many ways to do the tree.

This one is more modern.

Here is another bride and groom with balloons option.

Paint your tree on a brown painted canvas or some brown card stock. Then have your guests put their fingerprints in white.

Another option. This one reminds me of shel silverstiens drawings 🙂

Another option is to have different colored ink pads and have a sectioned off book. Have your guests draw characters of themselves with thin black sharpie type pens with their names.

Print out a planter with tall stems and have each guest make a petal for the flower.

I fell in love with this one as soon as I seen it. I’m not much on peacock weddings, although they are beautiful. But you can get this beautiful templet only Mr and get teal purple and lime green ink stamps to make the feathers on the peacock.

Another option is to print out a dream catcher. The thumbprint would be the feathers.

Don’t like the tree or having a fall wedding? Then make a wreath pattern on some card stock and have guests add the leaves.

Another white tree option

Make a vine template and have the guests do the leaves and grapes.

Paint a tree on a piece of wood.

For those firefighter husbands or wife, use different colors of blue for the water

Like the balloon idea? Well another option is to have a photo taken of you and your groom with the sky. Do the balloons that way

And our last one is another wreath design.

Wedding day makeup

Today, we are going to look at different ways to do your makeup forbyour big day! I have found a lot of really cute ideas. They range from classic and soft to bold and dark. Lets take a look.

This is a real eye opener. Add a light shimmery shadow to 3/4 of the lid and to the inner corner if the eye. Add a dark shade to the outter lid. Liquid eyeluner, mascara, and regular eyeliner finishes the look.

Here is a photo tutorial on how to do the pin up eyes. I love this look. Its bold but also subtle because there is no bold shadow colors.

Add a little gold and peach to brighten up your eyes. Along with brown or black eyeliner and mascara, it will really make the color pop.

I love this rose color lip. Its not too bright or dull. This is in my opinion the perfect shade of lipstick

Rose and plum eyeshadow works to give a fierce look. Soooo pretty!

A brown smoky eye is a way to add drama to the eyes. And everyone loves the Smokey eye lol

I love this look. I like the peachy color on the lid. Its gorgeous. I mayvtry this for every day wear.

This is a lighter Adele look with the winged eyeliner. Adele wears hers a bit darker but I think this looks perfect for a wedding day

Those lashes!!!! Ladies, if you were blessed with long lashes, showcase them! Always use a lash Curler to flip those babies up a bit to be more noticeable.

B.e.a.u.t.i.f.u.l. ! I love this look!

Sparkly eggplant and black is a good combination for night weddings. This is gorgeous

Use a plum smoky eye for night time weddings.

Love the Smokey eye but don’t like it so dark? Use lighter colors like lavender for the inner part of the lid. Then use the darker colors for the outside

Cream, gold, and plum… who would’ve thought they would look so perfect together.

For you bold brides, have hot pink lips! I wouldn’t look good in this at all lol but it’s a gorgeous bright hue

Smoke and charcoal for a lighter Smokey eye… and I like how the eyeliner is extended down into the Innercorner of the eye.

Lots and lots of lashes are used to get the “Kardashian” eye look. A lighter Smokey eye (like the last photo) and bunches of lashes will give this effect.
